Tom Kapostasy
Tom Kapostasy(1974) began his career at Harding High School, serving as student janitor and student president. He earned National Merit commended student and Bausch & Lomb Science recognition. Tom received degrees from New College of Florida (Economics), Baldwin-Wallace (Math) and CWRU (MBAFinance), plus CPA and CMA designations.
He taught at his employers, Lorain Community College, Baldwin-Wallace University, Indiana Wesleyan University and the University of Indianapolis. He held senior management positions with national organizations, including Paul Harris Stores (Chief Accounting Officer), Woods Wire (COO), Brightpoint (COO), FFA (Senior Director) and Tripp-Lite (Global Supply Chain Director). Tom's honors include ISO 9000 registration, Who's Who in the Midwest, Governor's Quality Award, BKD Indiana Excellence Award and Indiana Hoosier Fellow.
He has served as a volunteer and leader for many community groups: scouts, youth soccer, church, hiking, aviation and public library; earning recognition as Indiana Airport of the Year and National Top 10 Library.
