Phyllis Ragley

Phyllis Ragley earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1973, a doctor of Podiatric Medicine in 1978 and Juris Doctor Degree in 1989. Phyllis belonged to many Podiatric Medical Associations.and was licensed by the State of Ohio Medical Board and the Kansas State Board of Healing. She held many national, State and Local Podiatric Association offices and had numerous professional appointments.

Her work appeared in several publications and yearly she provided lectures at the local and national levels. Phyllis served her community by doing workshops for local groups on foot problems and care, did public service discussions on running injuries, foot problems and shoes, participated in community health fairs for foot screenings and was a provider of care for referrals from local residents who have no health insurance or were underinsured.
