John Gurley

John Gurley graduated from Fairport in 1973 as a member of the National Honor Society and recipient of the Bausch & Lomb Science Award. He earned His Pre-Medical and Medical degrees from the Ohio State University. He is a member of the Ohio and Kentucky State Medical Boards.

He is presently the Director of Interventional Cardiology and Associate Professor of Medicine, Cardiology at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. He is on numerous Medical Boards/Medical Committees, is widely published and has been invited nationally and internationally to lecture on a variety of medical subjects.

He has written several grants to support medical research and has been principal investigator on medical studies. John is known nationally and internationally for his contributions to medicine/medical research.
