Jodi Matsko

Jodi Matsko, a 2005 graduate, had numerous accomplishments in several sports during her years at FHS. She was a four-year letter winner in volleyball, basketball and track. She was an All-Ohio point guard in basketball and was Fairport's first female athlete to qualify for state competition in track, qualifying in long jump, high jump and 200m.

Jodi placed third and fourth in the state long jump. In 2004, she placed sixth in the long jump at the USATF National Junior Olympics in Miami, FL. She also received recognition from the National Honor Society and was a 4-year Honor Roll student. Jodi earned a track scholarship from Central Michigan University and graduated in 2009 with her B.S. in Psychology.

She worked for United Way of Lake County and co-founded the Young Leaders of United Way of Lake County.
