Gail Fedak

Gail completed her Pre- Med and Doctor and Doctor of Optometry degrees at The Ohio State University. She spent her career as an optometrist focusing on eye examinations, detection and treatment of ocular disease, speciality contact lense and family eye care. Beside her private practice, she visited local elementary schools and provided an interactive and informative way of teaching students about eye health through a program titled “Realeyes”.

Gail gave back to her community as vice chair of the Adamhs Board on the EQI, mental health and long range planning committees. She was the first vice president of the lions club and as well as serving as Health Committee chair performing eye examinations and providing glasses for the needy of the county. She was a member of the lake county free medical clinic and MENSA. Gail performed in various local and regional theatres, and did reenactments for the Lake County Historical society.
