Frank Chaney
Frank was a senior systems accountant with the US Agency for International Development. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from George Washington University. He worked 32 years for the government and went on numerous overseas diplomatic missions training Foreign Service officers and officials from all over the world. After retiring, Frank was named Director of Administration for the Joint Center for Political Studies, a research institute sponsored by the Ford Foundation.
Frank was active in his community including being named district commander for his local VFW. He served his country in combat duty in North Africa, Italy, France, Germany and Austria. He was awarded a Bronze Star and numerous other decorations and was buried in Arlington National Cemetery with full military honors.
