Dr. Robert A. Mackey

Robert was very active in numerous academic, athletic and leadership activities at Harding High School. He attended Western Reserve University receiving a B.A. degree in Pre-Med, was elected to Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society and was starting quarterback on the football team. He received his M.D degree from Yale University and did his internship and residency at Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital, Cleveland, Ohio.

He also served in the Air Force at Pease AFB for 2 yrs. Robert was a pediatrician in Rochester, NH and then York, Maine for 24 yrs. His community involvement and leadership were recognized in York's Winter Revels and St Christopher's Church programs, Announcer for York High School soccer games and coaching various athletic teams. Robert was a caring doctor to thousands of children and was beloved by his community, family and friends.
