Clint McKoon
Clint McKoon received the Most Valuable Player award in 1990, 1991, and 1992. He holds the school record for most runs scored, RBI’s and hits in a varsity career including receiving 1st place for the most RBI’s in a single game in 1992 from the Ohio High School Athletic Association. Clint received the News Herald and Plain Dealer Newspaper Player of the Year Awards in both 1991 and 1992.
Clint was named to the All Ohio Team in 1992 as well as the ESC player of the year in 1991 and 1992. Clint received a full Baseball Scholarship from Cleveland State University where he became a three time 1st Team All Horizon selection. Clint was an assistant varsity baseball and golf coach. He worked in the community helping youth at the Lake County Juvenile Court.
